Prashant Plastic Industries LLP reactor systems are supplied with complete stirring assemblies, including independently mounted drive systems and specially designed sealing arrangements to prevent leakage and vapor escape. Agitators are fabricated from MS or SS materials and lined with suitable thermoplastics depending on service conditions. All thermoplastic liner weld joints are integrated with non-metallic conductive materials to facilitate effective H.V.H.F. spark testing, ensuring leak-proof performance. Similarly, FRP-lined metallic vessels undergo rigorous spark testing to detect pinholes or lining discontinuities, guaranteeing safe and reliable operation in corrosive chemical processes.

To enhance process efficiency and temperature control, these reactors can be equipped with custom-designed heating or cooling coils manufactured from corrosion-resistant materials as per customer specifications. This allows precise control over reaction temperatures, improving product quality and operational consistency in ion exchange resin manufacturing.
